about kuurimi

Hi, I'm Ana — the hands and heart behind Kuurimi ☁️

Kuurimi (pronounced “creamy”) was established in 2024 when I finally got the chance to take my first ceramics class. I was drawn to clay ever since I first played with air-dry clay during covid, and immediately I knew that I wanted to create larger, functional pieces—especially ones that could be food-safe and full of personality.

Each item I create is lovingly handmade and is inspired by silly, cute animals. I like to think of my ceramics as tiny reminders to enjoy the weird, wonderful things in life.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. Your support means the world to me, and I’m so grateful you enjoy my work. My heart is full knowing something I made with my hands found joy with you. 💛
